I am a Ph.D physicist. Details can be found in my curriculum vitae, and my resume. My doctoral work was on the chemical vapor deposition of the wide bandgap semiconductor diamond. Our group at Michigan State University was among the first to demonstrate significant area growth of single crystal diamond grown on a non-diamond substrate.
